The Human Capital Advisory Council (HCAC) had a productive February meeting at Majid Al Futtaim Retail Business School, where they delved into progressive retail technical schools, career progression pathways, and upskilling programs. Their visit to Carrefour Store allowed them to observe new planogram concepts, preparations for the Ramadan Campaign, and concluded with a tour of Majid Al Futtaim’s innovative micro fulfillment center, showcasing robotics for efficient online delivery picking and packing. As a reminder, HCAC is comprised of CHROs and HR experts from various industries, providing advice to the government and federal sector on human capital strategies while challenging prevailing HR practices.
Kingsley Gate’s ReInventHR initiative welcomed the presence of Regional HR Leaders to an exclusive breakfast event to network and discuss the evolution of AI in managing the HR Function. Exceptional panelists created an interactive debate, addressing some of the key questions on everyone’s minds about how AI is impacting the HR function and the evolving role of HR in the AI business transformation of organizations. The HCAC council members, facilitated and participated in the panel discussion on the 7th December 2023.
The traditional performance Management approach has been set-aside and it is imperative for organizations to be Rethinking Performance Management in a constantly changing world. These online sessions are organized in purpose of best practice sharing amongst HR leaders. The HCAC council members, Belgin Ertam and Patrick Higgins led this online sessopn on the 31st October 2023 in partnership with Kingsley Gate ReInventHR.
On the 7th November 2023 The HCAC members were presenting at a government conference addressing the topic of Using AI in Managing Human Resources Transformation. The presenters addressed the profound impact of AI and explored how it will shape employee expectations and how it is redefining the HR using cutting edge technologies. This conference was organized by FAHR in the purpose of sharing best practices from the private sector.
Simply setting high KPIs to boost productivity just won’t work in todays evolving work environment. Our session addressed how people analytics can boost and measure productivity, in addition to exploring other data-driven HR strategies used to achieve better productivity results. These online sessions are organized in purpose of best practice sharing amongst HR leaders. The HCAC council members, Paula Leech and Burcu Cinar Ozden led this online session on the 20th September 2023 in partnership with Kingsley Gate ReInventHR.
On the 22nd June 2023 the members of HCAC were invited to participate at a workshop addressing the role of HR and their influence on employees productivity. Additionally exploring the right organizational health indicators and their impact on measuring productivity measures. This workshop was organized by FAHR in the purpose of sharing best practices from the private sector.
On the 15th March 2023 the members of HCAC were invited to participate in a workshop dedicated to the Remote & Hybrid Working. The workshop highlighted the most prominent features and advantages of the Remote Work System in the Federal Government. This session was part of the REMOTE Conference organized by Ministry of AI in collaboration with FAHR.
