Sumit Tandon leads Global Total Rewards at Boeing, overseeing compensation, benefits, and well-being initiatives for 160,000+ employees across 60+ countries. His strategic alignment of Total Rewards and HR programs with business objectives has delivered impactful solutions, driving business performance. As a strategic HR leader, Sumit excels in crafting effective strategies tailored to International markets, aligning with organizational goals for business outcomes.
With expertise in executive and broad-based compensation, incentives, and benefits programs, Sumit has served as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, ensuring compliance with legal and governance standards. Previously, Sumit served as HR Director for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Boeing, accountable for HR priorities in collaboration with business leaders to maintain competitive edge and market success.
Before joining Boeing, Sumit held roles at multinational firms like Hewitt Associates, KPMG, Deloitte and Touché, and Emirates Airlines. His diverse HR background spans total rewards, organization design, change management, and HR strategy across Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Sumit holds a business degree from the University of Delhi, a post-graduate in HR from XLRI, India, and an MBA from London Business School.
