Paula has almost 30 years of experience working within Human Resources across multiple industries, HR disciplines and Centre’s of Excellence.   She has spent most of her career managing teams and coaching leadership teams to empower their people to achieve more and to realize their full potential.   

Paula started her career with HSBC taking on series of responsibilities and roles growing in to a HR Director Global Investment Banking Division. She later joined Microsoft and over the past 19 years Paula held senior HR roles in the UK, UAE, Singapore and India.  

Today Paula is part of the Global Human Resources function at Microsoft with overall responsibility for enabling Microsoft talent across Central & Eastern Europe & Middle East and Africa (CEMA) to do their best work and for bringing the brightest talent to Microsoft across CEMA.  Paula is responsible for developing and overseeing the people strategy and execution in the Region by working closely with the Area President, Corporate functions, local HR and country leaders, to accelerate business outcomes through talent. Her team is hiring, building and developing the transformational workforce that will enable Microsoft to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.

Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom.

Paula is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
