James is perceived as a driven and dynamic strategic HR Leader, with experience of working across a variety of industries on Global integration, M&A, Cultural and Business transformation and as an in-house HR leader. For the past fifteen years James has been delivering transformational HR solutions across diverse and complex industries.

Today James works for one of the world’s leading energy producers, ADNOC Refining where he was appointed to lead HR Transformation in order to complete a USD 5.2bn integration with OMV and ENI. Over the last three years James has occupied the role of Head of Cultural Transformation, including org redesign, centralisation of support services, efficiency and embedding a performance values led mentality behind a newly formed mission and vision. He is passionate about creating an open and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and contribute to the business strategy and vision.

Prior to joining ADNOC,James have worked for the Financial Services sector having taken appointments with banks the lists of HSBC, Barclays and Firs Abu Dhabi Bank.

James holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management from University of Lincoln.
