With a career spanning over twenty five years across multiple geographies and diverse industries, Eva shares a deep belief in and, passion for, nurturing a purpose-driven organisation, with wellbeing at the heart of every decision. Throughout her career, Eva worked for global organizations such as ABB, AstraZeneca, Siemens.

Today Eva is the CHRO for a regional conglomerate Al Khayyat Investments where she drives AKI’s people-first agenda, focused on strengthening the high-performance culture across our diverse portfolio of businesses and partnerships.  During Eva’s time with Siemens, she was responsible for defining and implementing HR strategies across the growing regional Siemens organization, which employs approximately 8,000 people from more than 80 nationalities. With RB Middle East Eva was responsible for the company’s people strategy for Europe, Russia, CIS and Australia. Earlier in her career, Eva held senior management positions at a series of multinational organizations including AstraZeneca, Alstom Power and ABB.

Eva supports the building of agile, high-performing organizations with a culture that encourages people to develop and grow. She believes in the importance of workplace diversity and in promoting mutual trust and respect, striving to inspire people and motivate them to realize their full potential.

Eva holds degrees in Industrial and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Spain, and an Executive MBA from ESADE Business School in Spain.
