Dalila has over twenty years in People Management and has held several leadership positions in Talent Management, Corporate Communication, HR Business Partnering as well as Global Project Leadership roles, across various geographies including Asia, Europe, and Middle East in Africa.  She operated across the region for the last twelve years as Regional HR Director working for large Consumer Goods recognized companies such as Aujan Coca-Cola and Kimberly Clark.

Earlier in Dalila’s career, she spent over a decade with Alcan Packaging Beauty company based in Paris, resuming HR, Global Talent and Corporate Communication roles. During her tenure with Alcan Dalila spent almost 3 years based in Shanghai as the HR Director for Asia covering China, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong-Kong, Singapore, New Zealand.

Dalila holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Communication from University Paris Sorbonne, CELSA.
