Dana is a seasoned senior executive with wealth of knowledge in Regional and International Human Resources, Labor laws and regulations. Throughout his thirty years of professional experience, Dana worked closely with Regional Presidents in shaping the strategies required for business to achieve their overall objectives not only in terms of turnover but also in term of localize the labor force, and finding the best ways to harmonies and balance business results with strategic human resources management.

Dana started his Mars journey in 1996 in Czech Republic- Prague. For the past 28 years Dana worked in different departments, he started his career in Manufacturing, then moved to Sales, and Marketing, and moved to Dubai in 2002 into the position of Personal and Organization. In 2005 Dana’s responsibilities were expanded to include Associate Engagement, and MARS University for the AIME regions. In 2009 Dana was moved to the role of Regional Talent, and MARS University Director looking after AIME, CIS, and Central Europe regions. In July 2012 Dana was promoted to the post of Vice President for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey regions. In the last decade Dana took on additional strategic roles operating the People and Organization across AIME, CIS, APAC 2015 and later Emerging Markets in 2019.

Today, Dana is the Corporate Ombudsman with a critical remit focused on mediating mutual resolution to work related matters in the organization.

In Dana’s earlier career after finishing his Master degree in Organic Chemistry, Dana joined MSF (Doctors without Borders) as a Humanitarian Aid worker. While working for MSF he lived in different countries Dana left MSF in 1992 to pursue his post doctorate studies in Prague Czech Republic, where he graduated with a PhD in Organic Chemistry.

Dana is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
