Patrick brings over two decades of extensive experience in various leadership roles across finance, logistics, supply chain, portfolio management and diverse business functions where his career journey finally led him to discover his true passion in human capital.

Patrick’s expertise therefore lies in talent development, capability building, business and organisational transformation, culture and change management.  Today Patrick serves as the Regional People and Organisation Director for Global Emerging Markets where he spearheads technical strategic initiatives across Latin America, Middle East Africa, Asia, and Australasia, focusing on Supply, R&D, and Commercial functions.

Patrick holds the Bachelor Degree in Business from the Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus in Ireland and a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from the Technological University Dublin.
