Nelly is a seasoned HR executive with over two decades of rich HR leadership experience with reputed global organisations in the MENA region including Siemens, Nokia Networks and SAP, where she has effectively contributed during phases of business transformation, strategic expansion, efficiency improvement, and mergers and acquisitions. In the past fifteen years Nelly gained leadership experience overseeing HR for global companies in the region during periods of business transformation, strategic expansion, optimization & M&As.

Prior to her current role, Nelly held the role of Senior Director HXM Value Advisory EMEA South at SAP, the world’s leader in Enterprise Application Software. She resumed the HR Director at SAP where she oversaw the Middle East and North Africa region. Her responsibilities included driving business success by crafting and implementing the company’s people strategy, while leading the transformation efforts of both the business and the HR organisation within the region. Nelly has brought a clear focus to the people agenda and has been instrumental in driving SAP’s growth as well as successfully transforming the HR organization across the region.

In her role today with Network International, Nelly’s mission is to oversee the Group’s human resourcing functions across the Middle East and Africa region and lead the development and implementation of the Group’s human resource strategy and programmes.

Nelly is recognised as a thought leader and public speaker on the subjects of future of work and HR digital transformation. She is passionate about enabling business transformation through people. Nelly strongly believes in building corporate cultures that allow organizations to thrive and attract, nurture and retain the best and most diverse talent.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Haigazian University in Beirut as well as an MBA from Notre Dame University in Lebanon.

Nelly is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
